1 Founders requires written parental consent for minors under the age of 13 to submit information online. Please visit one of our offices to complete the required consent form. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) governs online privacy by protecting children under the age of 13. 2 SmartStart Account available to a minor, age 17 and under, with a joint owner who has reached the age of majority under state law. Credit evaluation is required for joint owner.
3 Replacement card fee is $7.00 per card.
4 Enrollment required. Your wireless carrier may also charge you for messages you receive as a result of using the service. You should contact your carrier for complete pricing details.
5 Minimum balance required to open and earn the stated Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is $100. The dividends are credited and compounded according to the certificate listed. Rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. After the fixed rate certificate is opened, the dividend rate is fixed for the term. A penalty may be imposed for early withdrawals. Fees could reduce earnings.
