Important Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Select Account

Account Ownership – Except as expressly set forth in this disclosure, the Loyalty Select Account ownership will mirror your regular Savings Account ownership, and all other terms and conditions in your Membership Account Agreement and Disclosure shall apply to this account.

Funding the Loyalty Select Account – While you cannot make deposits into this account, you may qualify for the loyalty programs which allow funds to be automatically deposited into this account.

Withdrawal or Transfer of Funds from the Loyalty Select Account – Funds in your Loyalty Select Account may be withdrawn at any time or may be transferred to any other account you have an ownership in at FFCU. Once withdrawn, funds cannot be redeposited.

Closing the Loyalty Select Account – You may withdraw all funds from your Loyalty Select Account at any time without closing it. It is ideal that this account remain open so we may deposit additional funds from loyalty account programs you may continue to qualify for. If you choose to close your Loyalty Select account, but later qualify for additional loyalty account programs that automatically deposit funds into this account, this account may later be reopened by us in order to deposit your funds. If you close your Loyalty Select Account before any dividend is credited, you will not receive accrued but uncredited dividends.

Account Transaction Limits – This account is not considered a transaction account. Federal regulations limit automatic transfers, checks and drafts to six each month. There is no limit to the number of over-the-counter transactions you can make on this account.

Account Rates and Fees – The dividend rate and APY may change each dividend period as determined by our Board of Directors. Our payment of dividends on your account(s) is subject to the account rates, fees, compounding and crediting policies and balance requirements set forth in the Membership Agreement and Disclosure. The dividend period begins on the first calendar day of the period and ends on the last calendar day of the period. Dividends are calculated by the daily balance method which applies a daily periodic rate to the principal balance in the account each day. Dividends will begin to accrue on the business day we deposit funds to the account. Fees applicable to all accounts and account services are set forth in the Fee Schedule. We may transfer from any of your account(s) any charges or costs in connection with the operation and maintenance of account(s) as stated in the agreement or the Fee Schedule. Fees may reduce earnings.

Right to Offset – The Loyalty Select Account is subject to our right of offset and constitutes collateral for all obligations owed to the Credit Union as set forth in the Membership Agreement and Disclosure.

Edge Up

Founders Federal Credit Union (FFCU) will enroll your selected Checking Account into the Edge Up Program. All Debit Cards associated with the selected Checking Account will be automatically enrolled. FFCU will round up the amount of any qualifying Debit Card purchases to the nearest whole dollar. The rounded-up amounts will be totaled from purchases made each day and a single transfer will be made from your Checking Account into the Loyalty Select Account associated with the Checking Account at the end of each business day. If funds are not available in the Checking Account to cover the total aggregate round-up amount for the day, or if funds in the Checking Account are pledged for pending purchases, no round-up transfer will be made for the day. Daily Edge Up transfers will be limited to a maximum of $100.00 in Edge Up transfers, per month, per Loyalty Select Account. If you do not already have a Loyalty Select Savings Account (08) associated with the selected Checking Account, one will automatically be created for you, and the account ownership will mirror your Regular Savings Account. Only Checking Accounts that have the option to receive a Debit Card qualify for this program. ATM or cash back purchases, Debit Card credits, checks, ACH items, disputed transactions and other non-debit card transactions may not qualify for this program. All account types may not be eligible for this program. Members with accounts that are non-interest bearing or Public Funds accounts, have caused Founders a loss, have returned check(s), have loans that have been modified through troubled debt restructuring or who have filed bankruptcy do not qualify. Members with accounts that have loans 60 days or more past due or do not have a valid mailing address will be ineligible to participate in the program until the issue is resolved. If you enroll in the program but are not eligible because of one or more of the disqualifiers listed above, or if you later become ineligible, you may have to re-enroll when you regain eligibility if you want to participate in the program. The Credit Union reserves the right to cancel or modify the Edge Up program at any time. The Credit Union will give advance notice of changes if required to do so under applicable law. You may cancel participation in the program at any time within Founders Online by submitting an enrollment form and selecting the "not enrolled" option, by contacting FFCU at 1-800-845-1614 or by visiting an office. It may take up to 24 hours to process the request. The Edge Up Savings Program is additionally governed by the terms and conditions as stated in the Membership Agreement and Disclosures, the Truth-in-Savings Rate Schedule and the Fee Schedule.

Dividend Amp 

Founders Federal Credit Union (FFCU) will automatically enroll all suffixes under your selected account number earning dividends in the Dividend Amp Savings Program. This includes all suffixes (Certificates, Checking Accounts, Savings Accounts, Money Market Plus Accounts) except for IRA Certificates, which are not eligible. Eligible account suffixes you open in the future under the selected account number will also automatically be enrolled in the program. FFCU will automatically transfer dividends as they post (monthly or quarterly, depending on account type) to the Loyalty Select Account associated with the account number enrolled. If you do not already have a Loyalty Select Savings Account (08) associated with the enrolled account, one will automatically be created for you, and the account ownership will mirror your Regular Savings Account. All account types may not be eligible for this program. Any further changes to the transfer of dividends must be made by contacting FFCU to set up a new transfer election. Cash In

The minimum redemption amount is $25. By choosing this redemption option, points redeemed will be deposited into your Loyalty Select (08) savings account. If you do not currently have a Loyalty Select savings account (08), one will automatically be created for you. Ownership of the Loyalty Select account will mirror your regular Savings Account. Credit Card points earned and redeemed continue to be governed by the terms and conditions of CURewards®. Point requirements assigned to any award are subject to change from time to time without notice, and awards may be discontinued or substituted at any time. Points redeemed are non-refundable. The Cash In program is additionally governed by the terms and conditions as stated in the Membership Agreement and Disclosures, Fee Schedule and Truth-in-Savings Rate Schedule
