1 The Program is applicable to purchases or refinances, including those from a financial institution other than Founders Federal Credit Union, of first mortgage loans secured by your primary residence. Current Founders loan refinance eligible only if $50,000.00 or greater cash out. Offer, rates, terms and conditions vary depending on the type of loan, loan amount, loan to value ratio, credit evaluation and underwriting requirements. Founders will pay up to $4,000.00 in closing costs based on the following loan amounts: up to $1,000.00 on loans up to $199,999.00, up to $2,000.00 on loans $200,000.00 to $299,999.00, up to $3,000.00 on loans $300,000.00 to $399,999.00, and up to $4,000.00 on loans $400,000.00 and above. Closing costs that exceed the closing cost credit will be the responsibility of the member.
