Please remember during this migration, and any time, Founders will NEVER email or call you asking for you Founders Online username or password, social security number or account number. If you receive any communication asking for this information, please report it at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-845-1614.
You will now be able to view all accounts you jointly own, regardless of the username you use to log in to Founders Online.
Below are some additional features you will see in Founders Online:
• Send money to another Founders member via the new Founders Pay.
• Block your Founders Debit and/or Credit Card on demand.
• View all your account information and Founders Credit Card information in one place.
• Perform ALL activities across all channels whether you are in the app, on a mobile browser or desktop browser.
• View your CURewards® Points.
• Apply for Skip A Pay.
Along with these exciting new changes, we will introduce several new security features to help safeguard your financial information and enhance the security of your online financial presence. The first time you log in you will select to receive a secure access code by text, email or phone call. It will be a good idea to have these means of communication available the first time you log in to the new Founders Online so you can complete the process seamlessly. You will be able to manage and edit your security settings within Founders Online.
Please note: the icon for the new Founders App will be gray. Apple users - make sure you are using the most recent version of the Founders App to view these changes. Android users - search for and download the newest version of the app in Google Play to ensure you are using the new Founders Online.
