Enrollment is easy - simply click Enroll Now on the left side of the Founders Online screen. Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions you will enter your account number, Call 24 Pin1, a unique username and password2 and your email address.
You’ll then be prompted to select a personalized Image and Phrase combination. When you login to Founders Online, your personalized Image and Phrase combination will verify to you that you are actually at the secure Founders Online site. You’ll also be prompted to register your computer and select three Challenge Questions and Answers. The Challenge Questions are used to confirm your identity when you use a computer that is not registered.

Once you complete your enrollment, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of Founders Online, including the ability to download your financial information to programs like Quicken or Microsoft Money.

1 If you are not a Call 24 user, you will need to stop by the nearest Founders office and speak to a Special Services Representative or print an application and mail it in.
2 Your username must be at least 8 characters in length. Your password must be between 8 and 16 characters, and must contain at least two of the following: upper-case letters, lower-case letters and numbers or special characters. Allowed special characters are !@#$%^ and *.
