The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of financial services while promoting client satisfaction as part of a three (3) person team in Lancaster. While physically located within a branch in Lancaster, this team will service members within Lancaster and Chesterfield counties. Additionally, the individual must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, two (2) or more years of industry experience and have an active Series 7 and 63 license. The financial consultants in our Investment Services department are employees of Founders and independent contractors with Financial Network, our broker.

The successful candidate must possess the ability to handle all types of transactions in order to service members of the credit union in their financial matters. This includes processing deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, cashing checks, etc. in a fast, friendly and accurate manner. Previous teller/cash handling experience is preferred.
